Best Day Ever!!!
Having my Blue Heron Pines was an incredible experience that I wish I could relive over and over! The second I went to tour Blue Heron, I knew I had to have my wedding there. Planning a wedding is extremely stressful, but Tara and Sarah made the entire process easy. They are so nice and very responsive. They made all of my wedding anxiety disappear. All of my guests expressed it as being one of their best weddings ever and having an amazing time!! I hope to one day be invited as a guest to a wedding at Blue Heron!! Chef is unbelievably talented..All of the food was more than delicious. Donna our concierge was the absolute best and made sure my husband and I were taken care of the entire evening. I could go on and on!! I cannot thank everyone at Blue Heron enough for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!

Amazing Reception Venue
I recently got married in late October. We had our reception in Blue Heron Pines. Let me say, I am beyond happy with the work that they did with this wedding. I worked with Sarah and she helped us with every aspect of the wedding and she was excellent in returning emails and answering questions. As for the day of the wedding, everyone raved to me about how beautiful the venue was. My husband and I loved the intimacy of the space but without feeling overcrowded and claustrophobic. The wedding packages they have really help relieve the pressure of finding every vendor. The chef, Jorge, and his team did a phenomenal job with all of the food. My guest could not stop talking about the mash potato bar and how hot the food was during the event. The guests were floored with the dessert room. They all felt like kids in a candy store. Donna, the day-of coordinator, and her team did an amazing job. As a bride, it's great to have people around you so you don't have to think during the day. The vendors that they recommended were amazing. I am so happy that I went with Blue Heron Pines.

Bbove and beyond!!
First and foremost, I had no idea what I was getting into with planning a wedding. I was very open and honest I had not idea what I was doing. From the very beginning Sarah was amazing. She explained everything, answered all of my questions, and truly made our night magical. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure my night was perfect. Out bartender had an emergency and did not show up and Tara stepped in to tend the bar. Tara is another amazing woman that helped make my night perfect! If you are thinking of holding any event here, DO IT.

Everything I Could Have EVER Dreamed of
I got married at Blue Heron Pines about one week ago. The venue offered the perfect rustic vibe that I was looking for. Everything was absolutely perfect. We had to post-pone our wedding due to Covid. The staff was very attentive and both in the planning process and on the day of. Tara, Sarah, Christina, the chef, and everyone else that assisted with my wedding was amazing and easy to work with. They helped make everything run so smoothly. The food was amazing!!!! And the desert room was EVERYTHING!!!!

Amazing- great service & delicious food
Tara and Sarah at Blue Heron are amazing ! Even planning a wedding during covid which was not fun at times was made better by their quick responses and up to date information. I would recommend BHP to anyone ! The food is amazing and the quality of service is unmatched!

Amazing, Beautiful, & Delicious!
With this wonderful pandemic this world has gone through, Blue Heron was AMAZING! We had to postpone our day 3 times and each time they were so accommodating and helpful. We were supposed to get married 6/5/2020 (still had our ceremony at home) and had to eventually postpone it to 6/3/2020. It was the most amazing experience. Tara and Sarah were the best team! Tara answered all questions I had even when I'm sure I was annoying her 😂 the day of the wedding, Sarah was constantly there bringing us whatever we needed. She was absolutely AMAZING. The food was delicious, everyone is still talking about! And the dessert.... oh my gosh. Need I say more?! If we were to do this all over again, we would choose Blue Heron over and over! Thank you all so much for such an amazing experience. It was the best night of my life!

I cant recommend this venue enough. Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff was a genuine pleasure to work with. Tara and Sarah were so helpful and responsive from the time we toured all the way until the wedding. Nicole, our wedding day coordinator, made sure we had everything we needed and that we had nothing to worry about on the day. I'm still in awe of how beautiful everything was and how smoothly everything went. I highly, highly recommend Blue Heron Pines!

Perfect Wedding!
Our night was simply amazing. Every want and need was fulfilled throughout our special day. Sarah was amazing during the entire day. She was constantly asking us if we needed anything. The food was amazing, and everyone complimented the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Of corse the venue was beautiful and our outdoor wooded ceremony was set up perfectly to complete our vision. Above and Beyond amazing!
Blue Heron Pines was an absolutely amazing venue! From Day 1 when my fiancé and I went in there to view the venue, we were treated as family! Chef even came out and gave us some of his delicious food to try!
Throughout our 16 month engagement both Tara and Sarah stayed in contact and were more than happy to help with anything and everything.
Our wedding was absolutely amazing and I couldn't of asked for a better venue, the food was phenomenal, the cake was delicious and staff kept everything moving in a timely manner. My husband and I were first to eat and they made sure we ate! Also during cocktail hour while we took pictures sara was right there wedding us appetizers and getting us drinks! Absolutely amazing venue and highly reccommend!

Beautiful Venue for a Great Price
Was absolutely wonderful. Our maitre'd was Ali and she was superb. She was there for me every second and took care of me the whole day. Food coordinator was Ryan and he was so so helpful. The best part is you drop your deco off the day before and they do everything for you! So basically I just had to show up and get dressed. It was so so stress free. The grounds are gorgeous and I loved the outdoor ceremony space. And the bridal suite is so so nice!! Our guests raved about the dessert room. If I could recommend one thing if you're getting married here, have a later ceremony. Ours was at 5, and there were some lingering golfers who weren't exactly quiet.

The perfect wedding venue!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Blue Heron Pines and the wedding staff there. BHP was the first venue we looked at and it was our last. We fell in love with it right away and booked our date. Tara and Sarah were very responsive to my emails and many questions throughout the planning process. The day went so smooth and everything was so organized. I received so many compliments on how great the food and service was at BHP. I would definitely recommend BHP over and over again. It was the perfect venue for a perfect day!

A Perfect Day
We had such a great experience at Blue Heron Pines. Although it rained, the indoor ceremony was beautiful. We received so many complements from our guests on how good the food was as well as how everything was beautiful. We highly recommend this venue! The price is extremely reasonable and well worth every penny.

December Wedding Perfection
My husband and I had the greatest experience with BHP. We booked BHP a little less than a year from our wedding date and we never once felt stressed with the timing of wedding payment due dates or the planning meetings. BHP was very accommodating and supportive for our outdoor ceremony--a warm 40 degree day :) They also did a great job arranging our decor based upon our vision and followed our decor directions seamlessly. Tara, Sarah, & Alli are perfect hosts!

A hidden gem
I honestly thought Blue Heron Pines was too good to be true when I first started looking at venues. How could such a beautiful venue have such affordable and inclusive wedding packages? But they really do!! You won't be disappointed. Tara and Sarah were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. They somehow took all of my annoying emails and created the most beautiful day. I also can't say enough amazing things about Sarah on the day of our wedding. She was SO on top of everything and attentive. She was there to make sure we ate and she refilled our drinks and anything else we needed that day--she took care of it. My guests are still talking about the food options and the dessert room. Blue Heron made all of our dreams come true :)

WOW! We got married at Blue Heron Pines on September 2nd and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was there with us through the planning every step of the way. Tara was very responsive to all my emails, and sometimes was emailing me back at 9 or 10 at night. It shows that they go above and beyond to deliver great customer service. On the day of Sarah was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgable and kept us on schedule. She even gave us several plates of appetizers because we missed our cocktail hour taking pictures. When my bridesmaids and I got to the bridal suite, there was champagne and a cheese tray waiting for us, so sweet! The whole team listened to everything I said about where to put everything and the set up, and it honestly looked so much better than I could have imagined. My guests were raving about the decor and the food! Everything was delicious. The only critique I received was that the cocktail hour was a little hectic. Apparently there was only one bartender and no plates/forks out for guests. Other than that, everything was a dream!!!!!!!

I can not thank Sarah enough for making sure everything was perfect! The food was delicious, the venue was beautiful and staff were amazing! If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing!
